Texas Enterprise Zone Program

The Texas Enterprise Zone Program seeks to promote job creation and significant private investment intended to assist economically distressed areas of the state. The Enterprise Zone Program is administered through the Texas Governor’s Economic Development Finance Department and can be reached at (512) 936-0100.

Chapter 2303, Sub-chapter F of the Texas Enterprise Zone Act allows local jurisdictions to nominate qualifying projects for consideration by the state.
